They're blackholes sucking my wallet out, but the cat distribution system gave me to them, so I'm fighting tooth and nails to keep them safe and well fed. Terms of Service
By commissioning me ("the artist"), you ("the client") agree that you have read and accepted all of the terms described below. Violation of any term will result in blacklist. Please proceed responsibly.Important:- You're not allowed to put my works into generative AI.
- You're not allowed to use a commissioned work of personal use for any commercial purpose.
- You're not allowed to claim my works as yours.
- You're not allowed to send a chargeback into my Paypal.Permission:- The commission is only for personal use.
- Commercial use will have an additional fee, making the sum at 150-250% the base price, depends on the usage. (Please discuss.)
- Commercial use includes, but not limited to: illustration for a Vtuber persona where you charge membership, for an event that includes buying and selling, or as a banner in your e-commerce shop.
- You may request not to have your WIP/result posted in my portfolio/social media; if there's no request, I'll assume that it's okay to publish them.Payment and Refund:- Booking a slot requires an upfront full payment.
- Refund can be requested until the sketch is finalized and approved by the client.
- Force majeure is always unwanted, but should it happen, the artist holds the right to refund the payment to the client at any point of completion.Process:- I'll begin your commission based on the waiting list which can take a few days to a few weeks.
- You can decide to put in a rush order/priority list for an additional fee.
- Please provide clear visual references, the more the better. (Written references alone will not suffice, I'm sorry.)
- I will give you 1-3 rough sketches to decide together. Think stickman.
- After the sketch is agreed, I will send a refined sketch with colors and lighting to be finalized and approved together.
- Major revision (composition, pose, mood) can only be done in sketching stage.
- Minor change can be done after the sketch stage up to 3 times, and can be declined if it demands similar effort to a major revision.
- Sketch approval, revision, and change doesn't apply to Skeb-like Commission.
